We’re thrilled to provide worldwide shipping through FedEx and DHL for all purchases over $200 CAD, including free express shipping!

Shipping Times: Expect delivery in 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the world.

For orders under $200 CAD, a standard shipping fee of $45 CAD applies.

To get an accurate shipping quote, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping information.

Daily Cut-off Time: All orders placed after 11:11 PM (UTC+8, Bali, Indonesia time) will be processed as next-day orders.

Shipping from Bali, Indonesia, we want to ensure your experience is smooth and hassle-free. Please note that while we handle the logistics of getting your order to you, any applicable customs taxes or duties upon delivery will be the responsibility of the client. Fulfilment

You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email within 24 hours. We understand you are excited to receive your order. However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment.

Each order goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged, boxed and then placed into protective shipping boxes, preparing the journey to you.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox ( within 3 days). If you have trouble receiving this email, please check your spam folder first or contact us for additional help.
