Fulfillment Time
You will receive confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours. We understand you are excited to receive your order. However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment.
Each order goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged, boxed and then placed into protective shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox ( within 2 days). If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or contact us for additional help.

Pricing
Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. On the final payment page, the price will be displayed and charged in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert that amount based on the day’s current exchange rate. Visit http://www.xe.com/ for up-to-date rates.

Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150. For orders to be shipped outside of Canada you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be.
The average shipping time within Canada is 2-4 business days via Canada Post. The average North American shipping time is 2-4 business days. International tracked shipments are expected to arrive within 4 to 7 business days.
This excludes any weekends or holidays. Final delivery of international packages will be processed by your country’s local postal service.
Worldwide express shipping options are available via DHL.
